2 - Basis of Presentation
Our financial information for the interim periods included in this Form 10-Q Report is unaudited; however, such
information reflects all adjustments, consisting only of normal recurring adjustments that, in the opinion of our management, are necessary for a fair presentation of our financial position, results of operations and cash flows for those interim
periods. Our results of operations for the six months ended JuneĀ 30, 2012 are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations we expect for the year ending DecemberĀ 31, 2012.
You should read these interim financial statements in conjunction with the financial statements and notes thereto contained in our Annual
Report on Form 10-K for the year ended DecemberĀ 31, 2011.
During the second quarter of 2012, we recorded an entry that
reduced Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income and increased Retained Earnings by $1.8 million to correct an immaterial error related to prior years.
