The Company is headquartered in Long Beach, California, with offices in Nashville, Tennessee and San Francisco, California. The Company acquires, develops, leases, manages and disposes of healthcare real estate, and provides financing to healthcare providers. The Company’s portfolio is comprised of investments in the following five healthcare segments: (i) senior housing, (ii) life science, (iii) medical office, (iv) hospital and (v) skilled nursing. The Company makes investments within its healthcare segments using the following five investment products: (i) properties under lease, (ii) debt investments, (iii) developments and redevelopments, (iv) investment management and (v) DownREITs.
