Each separate legal entity's assets are not available to satisfy the liabilities of other affiliated entities, except as otherwise disclosed in "Note 6. Investment in Unconsolidated Entities" .

As of March 31, 2022 and 2021, the Company had an investment in one unconsolidated real estate joint venture, as disclosed in "Note 6. Investment in Unconsolidated Entities" .

Reduction of Authorized Shares

On April 28, 2022, the Company filed an amendment to its charter to decrease the number of authorized shares of common stock from 1,460,000,000 to 146,000,000, in proportion with the one-for-ten reverse stock split effected by the Company on August 5, 2021.
