Basis of Presentation

These condensed Consolidated Financial Statements contain unaudited information as of March 31, 2022, and for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021. The financial information as of December 31, 2021, is derived from our Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 18, 2022. The results of operations for the interim periods presented are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the full year.
