Organization and Description of Business Zillow Group, Inc. is reimagining real estate to make it easier to unlock life’s next chapter. As the most visited real estate website in the United States, Zillow and its affiliates help high-intent movers find and win their home through digital solutions, first class partners and easier buying, selling, financing and renting experiences. We help customers find and win their home with referrals to trusted Zillow Premier Agent and Premier Broker partners and our portfolio of Zillow-branded and affiliated transaction-oriented services. Zillow Offers has purchased and sold homes directly in markets across the country. Beginning in the fourth quarter of 2021, Zillow Offers operations are being wound down with expected completion in the second half of 2022. Zillow Home Loans, our affiliate lender, provides our customers with an easy option to get pre-approved and secure financing for their next home purchase.
Other customer brands include Zillow Rentals, Trulia, StreetEasy, Zillow Closing Services, HotPads and Out East. In addition, Zillow Group provides a comprehensive suite of marketing software and technology solutions which include Mortech, dotloop, Bridge Interactive, New Home Feed and ShowingTime.com, Inc. (“ShowingTime”). Zillow, Inc. was incorporated as a Washington corporation in December 2004, and we launched the initial version of our website, Zillow.com, in February 2006. Zillow Group, Inc. was incorporated as a Washington corporation in July 2014 in connection with our acquisition of Trulia, Inc. (“Trulia”), and upon the closing of the Trulia acquisition in February 2015, each of Zillow, Inc. and Trulia became wholly owned subsidiaries of Zillow Group, Inc.
